Tagaytay & Enchanted Kingdom

I am aware  that Tagaytay and Enchanted Kingdom pale in-comparison to destinations outside the Metro, but bear with me. This is just a filler entry for travel-scarce 2013. Hahaha.

Besides, it's not really a personal choice-- it's a Departmental Team Building. :)

Sta. Rosa, Laguna

Enchanted Kingdom is located in Sta. Rosa, Laguna-- less than an hour away from Makati, I believe-- and has been around for more than a decade now, I think. It is a local theme park which caters to the whims of all individuals, regardless of age, though I have reason to believe that theme parks usually target the thrill-seeking teeners market.

Rides? Not as exciting as those found in Disney Land, believe me, but if you're with a group of rowdy, funny and crazy friends then it's quite enjoyable.

As for Tagaytay, well... Tagaytay is still Tagaytay. Hahaha. I'm not the right person to ask about the place. I've been there a lot of times before so everything is quite ordinary to me now. There are ziplines and an indeterminable amount of restaurants abound, but the main attraction really is the Taal Volcano and Lake. I haven't gone there yet (poor me, haha) but that's only because I'm not really drawn to the place for some reason that I can't figure out. I don't really know. Maybe some day I'll visit. :)

Disc O' Magic

The Space Shuttle
this is, kind of, the main event. hahaha.

Then we were treated out to dinner by our bosses so off we go, bound for Tagaytay, at the TaaleƱa. It was a feast. :D

view of the Taal Lake
music to entertainment the guests
And, of course, after-dinner coffee at the nearest Starbucks Joint to cap it all off.

Hurrah, for coffee! :D
nothing beats a cup of hot cafe latte after heavy dinner XD
No Filter: I love how this turned out. XD
Cheers! Thanks, boss!

And that wraps-up this filler entry. XD
